Phonar Unused Media Project

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about these.  I’ve used a lot of my media, but I do have 3 or 4 that I didn’t get around to using.  I uploaded the following:

  • NWine Window.jpg- Which I had planned to use for the “Your Dreams out the Window” assignment.
  • Sesame steet.jpg- I had initially wanted to use this for “Wait, where’d that guy come from” assignment.  I was going to put Wu-Tang Clan in there.  Oh well.
  • The Shining- 1980 Best Scene.aup- An audacity file I wanted to use this week for “Dialogue Mashup.”   See my write up for 2 stars- Welcome to McDumbass for why I didn’t use it.
  • GIFDIMATION- Another shining scene the I created today that was meant to go in one of my write ups, but I forgot it.  No specific assignment it was made for.

Audio Assignments

3 Stars- Audio Dream Stories

3 Stars- Who hates moving it?

2 Stars- My Very own Ringtone

2 Stars- Welcome to McDumbass

Sorry for the foul language on the last one.  It happens when you bring out the redneck in me.

SpiritXpress Radio Show!

First off, I’d like to thank Amber Reeves, Lyndsey Smith, Shenika Rich, and Ashley Sterne for being such a fantastic group.  I really can’t say enough about this group of ladies.  they were absolutely wonderful to work with.

We initially started off on twitter just by replying to each other in order to choose our theme of fall shortly after we selected the group.  Unfortunately, from then on out, it became incredibly difficult to meet as a group to discuss our individual parts.  Lyndsey and Amber really took the lead on canvas to start divvying up parts for everybody.  We really organized everything through canvas.

For my contribution to the show, I had chosen to do fall foods, which agrees with our overall theme of fall and falls well within my comfort zone of eating and cooking.  For my portion of the show, I wanted to present a kind of laid back attitude that could really lull the listener into a sense of calmness and security, because that’s what I think of when I think of the comfort foods of fall.  I realized after I made the show that I said the word comfy a good 7 or 8 times, which just goes to show you how I feel about fall.

As a whole, our groups show is incredible and is bound to really rock your socks off.  Be ready for it on Monday, October 22 from 6-6:30 p.m.!  It’s going to be amazing.

This Monday, 10/22 at 6 PM. Be there… OR BE SCARED
